Webhook events: ACH
Common events
When you work with Cross River accounts, cards and payments, you register for specific webhooks which have a specific format.
This table presents ACH webhook events that are described in detail below.

ACH payment rejected due to a compliance failure or fail to fund
The extended webhook includes the client identifier, the account number the payment was sent to, the payment ID, the rejection code that indicates the reason the payment was rejected, and if relevant, the memo post ID and any client batch information.

The ACH payment was sent to the Federal Reserve.
For individual payments, only the basic webhook event is needed. When sending multiple payments from a single account, register for the extended event, which includes the client identifier, the account number the payment was sent to, the payment ID, the purpose the payment, and if relevant, the memo post ID.

Funds have been debited from the originating COS account.
In this example, multiple transactions were sent from a single account, and the sum of those transactions has been debited from the account. Such payments are indicated by postingType Aggregate in the response to the payment call. The webhook event contains details for each of the transactions that were sent in the same batch to the Fed from that account.
