In COS Explorer, you can:

- [Find an account](docId\:T26_viv_qnTdGFCjD5sNl). Locate an specific account to see details about it and perform actions on it.
- [Manage account restrictions](docId:94wGUSdNfHOWubEqu12ka). Apply or remove restrictions on an account or subledger, on all subledgers under a specific account, or on a master account and its subledgers together.
- [Open a subledger](docId\:jD1oERC7t4gig2wsfE-Vt). Create a subledger under a master account. 
- [Close a subledger](docId\:sqil5j4R3JkvHGzpvwA69). Once a subledger has a $0 balance, close it. 
- [Find a subledger](docId\:q1g1E7Sq9z6lUmO-fPDGc). Locate a specific subledger to see details about it and perform actions on it.
