## What is the org management portal

The Cross River Organization Management portal lets you manage your users of Cross River interfaces ("users") and API machine-to-machine clients ("clients") independently.

Using the org management portal increases your organization's security, as no one outside your organization needs to or is able to access secrets.

## Your org management admin

Your organization needs at least 2 IT admins in the org management portal to manage your users and clients. As part of your becoming a partner, you provide names and emails of 2 individuals you want to fulfill this role. Cross River sets them up as admins in org management. These admins set up and maintain any other users and clients your organization needs.

## Marketplace lending (MPL) partners

If you are an MPL partner, open a support ticket with [lending.support@crossriver.com](mailto\:lending.support@crossriver.com). to get access to the org management portal. Be sure to cc your relationship manager, because they will need to approve your request. 

## COS Explorer users

While COS Explorer users appear in Org Management, their roles are managed within COS Explorer itself. This is a separate process. See [COS Explorer](docId\:tmGNa7cLKpnBTh7gSkEFA).
