## Static IP

You must access COS Explorer from a static IP address. As part of onboarding your organization supplied Cross River with your static IPs. Reach out to your IT Support if you need help.

## Identity Server IPs

Cross River uses its Identity Server to control access to its applications, including COS Explorer. 

If your organization enforces firewall rules for outbound traffic, ensure these Identity Server IP addresses are allowed (allowlisted):

- 172.67.26.222
- 104.22.40.134
- 104.22.41.134

The server is proxied via Cloudflare.

## Fully qualified domain name

You can allow these FQDNs for Identity Server:

- idptest.crbcos.com
- idp.crbcos.com
