COS Explorer user management
user access by roles as a partner, you control who in your organization can access cos explorer and their level of permissions manage user access using roles together with cross river you define customized roles for using specific products with specific access levels once your organization roles are defined, your organization admin creates a user for each person in your organization who needs cos explorer access, assigning the appropriate role or roles to each we require you to have two admin users when one admin creates or changes a user, the other approves the action in the syste m we create these users for you after you onboard before you begin for each user you want to create, make sure you have first and last name phone number (for authentication) corporate email address (domain must be whitelisted/allowlisted with cross river) create new user navigate to users in the admin area on the users screen click + new user the admin create user screen opens complete the fields as indicated set these values user type partner status active partners your organization name as it appears in cos explorer for the role field, select one or more cos explorer user roles docid\ hchtd9gv45yckwkjlatdx as appropriate all users must be configured with the partner core read only role if you assign a role to the user that includes wires payment origination, you must set the per transaction wires payment limit in the wire payments originate field wire payments that are larger than this limit require authorization using cos explorer when you complete all fields, click save changes to complete configuration or update of a user, a different admin must cos explorer user management /#second admin approval when you successfully create a new user you see an on screen confirmation message, and the user receives an email with instructions on how to complete registration edit user click the user name to enter the user details screen click the 3 dot menu for that user and select toggle edit mode you can now edit most of the fields, including roles any changes made to the user configuration require cos explorer user management /#second admin approval by another admin to take effect second admin approval navigate to the user you need to approve review the user details to be sure the configuration and details are correct click approve changes add a justification for the change or new user in the note field click submit
