COS Explorer access
your admin users our onboarding/support team provides you with initial access to cos explorer you get an enrollment form from your {{relationshipmanager}} where you specify at least 2 cos explorer admin users, including their names, ph one numbers, and email addresses your organization admins cos explorer user management the rest of your organization's users before anyone in your organization can access cos explorer, your static ips must be cos explorer ip whitelist once you've gone through this initial access procedure, access cos explorer from these links sandbox https //sandbox crbcos com/explorer2/ production https //api crbcos com/explorer2/ before you begin verify that you received a welcome email from crossriver do not reply\@crossriver com with a link to create your cross river account in cos explorer if you don't see the welcome email in your inbox, check your spam or blocked mail folders initial login open the welcome email and click create your cross river account the login wizard opens in a browser if you leave the wizard at any time, click the link in the email to go back to where you left off the terms and conditions screen opens step 1 of 5 read through the terms and conditions if you agree, select accept , and click next you receive a verification code for the next step if you are using a domestic (us) phone number, choose how you want to receive the verification code phone call whatsapp if you use a non us domestic phone number, you receive the verification code by sms step 2 of 5 in the login screen, enter the code and click verify code step 3 of 5 create your password enter a password that meets the on screen requirements enter the password again click create password configure multifactor authentication (mfa) to protect your identity and your account and information, you must sign in with multifactor authentication set up your authenticator app to continue the registration process and to be able to login in the future if you don't already have an authenticator app on your device, you need to download one before you continue for both android and ios, we recommend using one of these apps google authenticator microsoft authenticator step 4 of 5 once you have your authenticator app installed, you need to either use your phone to scan the qr code that appears in the wizard, or click show key and manually enter the displayed key into the authenticator app this sets up your connection for logging in to cos explorer qr code scan the qr code in your authenticator app to create the new connection open the connection to generate a 6 digit code enter the code from the app into the wizard see the image below click continue manual key entry if you do not want to use the qr code click show key in the wizard see the image below an alphanumberic string appears below the qr code this is the key in your authenticator app, enter the key as the secret for this connection be sure the connection has a meaningful name if you plan on using more than one environment, check that the name mentions the environment of that connection for example, cross river sandbox open the connection to generate a 6 digit code enter the code from the app into the wizard see the image below click continue step 5 of 5 the recovery codes appear on screen you need these codes to authenticate if you lose your device download or copy your recovery codes and keep them in a secure place that you will remember confirm that you have stored your recovery codes the recovery codes page times out after 10 minutes you can only download the recovery codes once click create account your account is now active and you can use it to log in to cos explorer now that you can access cos explorer and depending on your cos explorer user roles in the system, you can create users create customers send payments view and manage users, customer, and payments learn more see our cos explorer access troubleshooting if you have issues loggin in see our tutorials for how tos in both cos explorer and via api
