Accessing your accounts
Cross River gives you an accessible digital banking platform that allows you to manage your accounts easily and securely.
You can carry out all the standard account functions balance and transfer funds between your different accounts.
From the Home screen you get a snapshot of your priority account activity and access to all your accounts.
If you click View all accounts you have more options including Filter all accounts, Sorted by and the ability to Remove Priority from a specific account.
If you click the 3-dot menu on each account tile, you have account action options. These include, View Activity, make a Quick Transfer, Nickname Account, Move to and, Details & Settings
You can view a list of the account transactions on your priority accounts, in two ways. Either, click the 3-dot menu of the account and click View Activity or click the account tile.
To see more details of your transactions, click on a transaction in the list.
The Quick Transfer option gives you the facility to transfer money online either as a one-off payment or on regular basis.
Transfers can be approved either immediately, which triggers a simple authorization process for you to complete, or as a Draft, when another person needs to approve the transaction. You can see all your transactions in the Activity Center. Find out more about Transfers.
You can change the account name in two ways. Either give your account a Personal Nickname that is only visible to you, or give it a Global Nickname, which will be seen by all users of the digital banking platform. After you have named your account or changed the name remember to click Save.
