Working with XPay
XPay lets 2 different partners in the CR system send to and receive funds from each other.
Funds do not leave the bank with XPay transfers.
In the XPay tab, click Payments to display the XPay Payments Information screen.
XPay Payment details
Click an entry in the Payments list.
The Xpay Payment area displays XPay transaction information.
Column | Description |
Ref ID | Payment Ref ID |
Partner | The partner that the account is associated with Note: Click the partner name to view details about the partner. |
Status | Payment status |
Type | Transaction type (Push/Pull) |
Created | Payment creation date and time |
Completed | Payment completion date and time |
Memo | Optional data field |
Account # | Account number associated with the payment Note: Click the account number to view details on the account. |
Product | The product associated with the account |
Amount | Dollar amount of the payment |
Direction | The payment direction (Inbound/Outbound). |
Expires | Date and timestamp of payment expiration |
Approved | Date and timestamp of approval |
Data | Optional data field |
Sender | |
Sender ID | Alias for the sending account involved in the payment, such as the account owner's mobile number. If no sender ID is defined in the XPay profile, defaults to the account number. |
Sender Name | Alias for the sending account involved in the payment, such as the account owner's mobile number. If no sender name is defined in the XPay profile, defaults to the account number. |

Receiver ID | Alias for the receiving account involved in the payment, such as the account owner's mobile number. If no receiver ID is defined in the XPay profile, defaults to the account number. |
Receiver Name | Alias for the receiver account involved in the payment, such as the account owner's mobile number. If no receiver name is defined in the XPay profile, defaults to the account number. |
Related Transactions
Click the filter icon to toggle the search fields, and enter relevant search parameters. Click Search.
Click an entry in the results to see Transaction Details.

Payment Tasks
View Webhooks
To view a list of webhook events, click the Filter icon chan to toggle the search fields, and enter relevant search parameters. Click Search.

View Notes
Click View Notes in the Payment Tasks area to view and add notes on a XPay payment.
The View Notes dialog displays notes that have been saved for the XPay payment.

Body | Note text |
Click a note in the list to view the body of the note.
You can also add a note by clicking Add Note in the View Notes dialog and filling in the fields in the Create New Note dialog.
Click Submit to display in the details in the View Notes dialog.
Search for an XPay payment
Go to XPay> Payments.
Search by Id or click the Filter icon and enter your search parameters:
The XPay payment ID displays in the last part of the URL of the XPay Payment information screen.

Click Search.
The search results display in the Payments list. Each row in the list represents an individual XPay payment.

Originate an XPay payment
Click the XPay tab.
Click Originate Payment.
In the Originate Payment area, enter the payment details information.

Acct # | Originator account number |
Sender Name | Name of sender |
Receiver Identifier | Receiver account number |
Type | Select a transaction type (Push /Pull) |
Memo | Memo for the payment |
Data | Extra data you wish to include in the payment |
Amount | Dollar amount of the payment |
Click Create Payment.
The payment details displays the XPay Payment Information screen.

Reject an XPay payment
A payment that is pending can be rejected.
A payment can only be rejected if it is both inbound and not yet complete.
To reject an XPay payment:
- Click Reject Payment in the Payment Tasks..
- The Confirm dialog displays, click Yes to reject the payment. The status of the payment changes to “Rejected”.
Approve a Payment
To approve an XPay payment:
- Click Approve Payment in the Payment Tasks.
- The Confirm dialog displays. Click Yes to approve the payment. The status of the payment changes to either Approved or Processed
