## List available purchase accounts

Retrieve all purchase accounts that can be used for purchasing loans with the specified parameters. Returns account configuration details without balance information.

### Query parameters

| Parameter     | Type   | Required | Description                                           |
| ------------- | ------ | -------- | ----------------------------------------------------- |
| `date`        | String | Yes      | Purchase date in YYYY-MM-DD format (e.g., 2026-08-05) |
| `loanType`    | String | Yes      | Loan type: HFS, LTHFS, or RET                         |
| `issuingBank` | String | Yes      | Issuing bank identifier                               |
| `mplId`       | String | No       | MPL identifier (optional)                             |
| `investorId`  | String | No       | Investor identifier (optional)                        |

### Response

**200 OK** - Returns an array of `PurchaseAccount` objects containing account configuration details
